In 2020, Obstetricians and Gynecologists PC joined Meridian Clinical Research for an exciting opportunity to help advance Women’s Healthcare. Meridian Clinical Research works with major pharmaceutical companies that assist our clinic to conduct research on new medications, vaccines, and treatments for women. These medications and treatments are crucial for the advancement of medicine.
All new medications and treatments used in clinical research have completed phases in animal testing and early human testing. Volunteering to participate in a study is always an option, but never mandatory. Safety is our number one concern with our patients. Patients who volunteer to participate in clinical research studies are closely monitored by our physicians at our clinic, Meridian Clinical Research, and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). We appreciate our patient volunteers who want to help advance women’s healthcare.
We are currently conducting trails for both pregnant and non-pregnant women. Current trials include the following:

- Cytomegalovirus (CMV)
- Endometriosis
- Urinary Tract Infections
- Birth Control
- HPV Testing
