About Julie R. Runcie, CNM, MSN, RN
Julie R. Runcie, CNM, MSN, RN, is a Certified Nurse Midwife with extensive experience in labor and delivery, mother-baby care, and neonatal support. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Creighton University and her Master of Science in Nursing – Nurse Midwifery from Frontier Nursing University.
Julie has served in both Level II and Level III hospitals across Nebraska and Illinois, most recently at Mary Lanning Hospital in Hastings, where she works as a Charge Nurse and Preceptor. Her clinical background includes managing high-risk pregnancies, supporting unmedicated and medicated labors, assisting in cesarean deliveries, and providing newborn resuscitation.
Board certified by the American Midwifery Certification Board, Julie is also a member of the American College of Nurse-Midwives. She is known for her compassionate care, strong leadership, and dedication to empowering women and families.
In her free time, Julie volunteers at North Shore Church, where she teaches Sunday School and serves on the Worship and Women’s Ministry Teams.
