Dr Fish was very good. She is professional and very approachable, however your patient portal is not user friendly. I try numerous times to preregistrate and was very frustrated do to the fact it would not let me in or go back to previous questions to make a correction. After a certain age I thinks you should be able to bypass some questions and make that section age appropriate. I have other portals and have no problems. Not sure what older patients do or handle this part of their visit if not computer savvy or someone being their advocate. There is something to be said about face to face questions, observing the patients reaction to some of the questions, Dr or nurse assessment.

Even though Dr. Fish was running behind, she took the time to really listen to me and make a plan of action. I don't mind waiting an extra 20 to 30 minutes for good care!
